I still remember my first Crossroads over 10 years ago. It seems only yesterday that I took those tentative steps to my first two-day Retreat.

I left however completely in awe of the simple yet profound process that helped me rediscover my truest and best self.  I recall even taking a different journey home from work, just so I did not lose the new and fresh way of re-evaluating my circumstances.

Within six months I was Guide myself, and to this day still privileged to hold that same unique space for others.

As a former Royal Marine, Careers Adviser and now Director of a small web business, it is my family, church community, and yes Crossroads that keeps me firmly grounded!
