After more than 20 years working in coaching and development, I still find myself in awe of the power, potential and beauty that emerges from each unique person as they unfold into their true being.

I love the Crossroads work, which I regard as a huge privilege, because of the calm, creative, unconditional space it provides for people to be who they really are.

In my professional life I run a leadership development business and I also work as a spiritual director and personal coach in the ‘Good Way’ practices.  Apart from my family, and my spiritual life as a lay monk, my other great joy in life is feeling the breeze, hoisting a sail and heading out into the waves and tide.
